Workshop Weekend
This year will focus on Workshop Weekend, with several workshops, leaders and speakers already confirmed. New this year: tickets will be released at the end of February, starting at SEK 990. The price will then increase twice, eventually reaching SEK 1,500. The earlier you book, the lower the price.
You will recognise several workshop leaders, but the workshops themselves will be different from previous years. They will include basket weaving, pit-firing pottery and cooking.
Hide-tanning course with Dr Theresa Emmerich
On 7–9 July, I am delighted to be running a course with Theresa, who is brilliant at tanning — and plenty of other things too. Theresa has worked with tanning for more than 30 years, a journey that took her from the USA to the UK to complete a PhD in the subject. In just three days, you will be able to go from a salted hide to finished buckskin, fully tanned.
