Things have finally quietened down after a few intense weeks of Workshop Weekend, Bushcraft Basic 1–2 and Tanning Fish & Fur. I want to thank everyone who helped before, during and afterwards, from near and far.
Workshop Weekend has grown into something I had been missing: a place that gives us space. Space to create, to share, to spend time together, to learn, to develop, to meet people, to talk, to step away from commerce, to gain knowledge, to try things, to find joy, to be an individual within a community, and to feel at home and accepted.
The list could go on, and participants have the freedom to add or take away whatever they like.
For some, Workshop Weekend continued with Bushcraft Sverige’s introductory Bushcraft Basic 1–2 course, followed by hide tanning with Theresa Emmerich.
Workshop Weekend 2025 will take place on 27–29 June, when we will celebrate our fifth anniversary!
