Prices and payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. The shopping basket shows the total price, including all charges, VAT, shipping and payment fees. Payment terms are shown in the basket and depend on the selected payment method.

Orders from outside Sweden
Customers outside Sweden cannot order through the online shop. Contact tobias@craftbykarlsson.se to arrange your order and receive an invoice via PayPal.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a specially manufactured item, or an item with a clearly personal character, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provide the information.
You do not have a right of withdrawal if:
The service has begun during the withdrawal period with your consent; the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, for example a share; the goods cannot be returned because of their nature; or the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software has been broken. A seal also includes a technical seal.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must keep the goods in the same condition as when you received them. You may not use them, but you may of course examine them carefully. If the goods are damaged or lost because of your carelessness, you lose the right of withdrawal.
Privacy policy
When you place an order with us, you provide personal information. By registering and ordering, you agree that we may store and use your information in our business to fulfil our agreement with you. Under the Swedish Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted. Please contact us by email.

This online shop uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act of 25 July 2003. Cookies can be deleted. This shop uses cookies, for example, to keep track of your basket, preferences and visited pages, providing a better customer experience and support.
Delivery
Delivery normally takes 3–5 days. If an item has a different delivery time, this is stated alongside that item.
Uncollected parcels
Uncollected goods are returned to us. For parcels that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return shipping, administration and handling, currently SEK 250.
Returns
You pay the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong item. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return or hand back the goods to us. For a service, you must make the materials available to us, provided this does not cause you inconvenience.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the goods as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the goods or, in the case of a service, your withdrawal notice. You pay the cost of returning the goods. We always pay the return shipping cost for replacement goods.
